Poetry is it's sophistication and attitude, it's creating a mood, it's a disgraced Newt Gingrich, or a more recent image, it's knowing what to cut, but first unloading my gut, it's what get's me through the day, it's my non prosaic way, it's what keeps me awake with fright, and then releases me for the night, it's me saying "G-d bless," it's neat and it's a mess.
